During the Medieval era men and women were generally punished and tortured in the same manor. There were, however, a few exceptions. For example, some torture devices were designed specifically for women. Such as "The Breast Ripper" or "The Spanish Spider"- a variant of the Breast Ripper. These torture devices were reserved for women that committed adultery or had a miscarriage.

However, a crime was a crime, it didn't matter if it was a man or a woman that committed the crime, the Lord and community didn't want the crime to be repeated. They didn't reserve certain punishments for women and they didn't use harsher punishments for men.
