The crocodile tube wasn’t commonly used in medieval times. It was used to kill infidels(none believers) and thieves.. A long tube was used to stick up the victims bottom entrance. The tube was sharp open holes like a crocodiles teeth. The tube was slowly pushed up and that made the victim powerless. They light some fire underneath the tube until the tube became so hot that the victim will have to confess or he will die. This torture didn’t allow the torturer to see his body the only saw his face and feet. While the victim was being punished the torturer can also start ripping the victims toes and damaging the victims facial, eg giving him a scare. The crocodile tube is considered as one of the cruellest torture of human life. |
